| Very nice hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Clean and well appointed rooms. Convenient to highway and restaurants & movie theater. Plan to stay here again. |

| We stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a convention. We chose it because of it's cost effectiveness...but were soooo impressed with the facility! There were hotels that were much closer and more convenient...but next year, we'll be returning to the Hyatt...it is worth the few extra minutes drive! Thanks so much |

| The Hyatt Place Hotel's are great for family & business travel. This location in Ft.Wayne is perfect - not that you really need to go out to get anything because they have everything you need right in the hotel - but - there are all kinds of resturants & businesses near THP location.
I think the Hyatt Corp did a great job with what they buying out the old Amerisuites. |

| We ended up not staying for this visit because there was a power outage in the area and had to stay somewhere else. Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes. This hotel has everything we need when stayinging in the area. It was not the hotel's fault. |

| When booking a hotel, I always ask for a quiet room as I am unfortunate enough to be a light-sleeper. I also then reiterate it kindly to the desk personnel. In this case, the front desk put us in a room that had an adjoining door to another room and also booked that other room with guests. I understand if the hotel is busy, but there was probably only about 20-30% occupancy (as observed by the cars in the parking lot). At 4 AM, a GROUP of LOUD, OBNOXIOUS guests entered that adjoining room and proceeded to party LOUDLY, even opening up their adjoining door and banging on ours. I called the front desk after 45 minutes of this but they must not have done anything about it because the noise continued for at least another 45 minutes. When I expressed displeasure upon check-out, the front desk was mildly apologetic. Here's an idea, when a guest asks for a quiet room, don't put them in a room with an adjoining door, you can hear EVERYTHING on the other side. Even my husband who is a heavy sleeper was disturbed by this situation. What good is a night in a hotel when you'd get more sleep in your car? |
